Mr Chester's warm, friendly approach gave me confidence in him from the outset. He explained clearly what the procedure would involve and what possible outcomes might be. During treatment he was efficient and reasuring and his skills during the operation left me with no discomfort and minimal scarring. My family and friends were amazed with the result. After the follow up consultation I left with the reassurance that I could contact him if any further problems occurred in the future. It was altogether a very positive experience and I am most grateful to Mr Chester.

Mr Chester has for the last 21mths looked after me with great care, after I had a bad injury to my arm and hand, he has treated me with so much care and kindness it made my journey to where I am today so much easier to deal with, I can not thank him and his team and many other health professionals for all the exceptional care I received.

I had keloid scars from cystic acne, not one or two but lots, over my back, chest and neck.  I had treatment at Queen Elizabeth Hospital to begin with, but as my condition improved I was treated at Worcester Hospital. Right from day one Dr Chester was very professional but with a warmth and understanding to the condition. We were well informed in all aspects of the treatment clearly and precisely so we all understood what was involved In the treatment that needed to take place. Dr Chester clearly told us how long I would need treatment for, still on going but with great results. He always took an interest in my interests and remembered on following appointments. Always fitted me in with semester dates. Can not say anything but positive comments, a truly brilliant doctor. Would highly recommend.

My daughter and myself first met with Mr Chester over 12 months ago with a concern. He was happy to listen to her and myself as her mom, he talked openly and honestly with both of us. My daughter finally decided to have surgery this year, we had a few consultations before the operation. Mr Chester was very attentive and offered superb advice whilst making you feel relaxed. The results and follow up appointments have been fantastic, there were very few questions to ask as every aspect had been covered we felt by Mr Chester. You couldn't ask for a nicer more professional gentleman, and we would highly recommend. Thank you
